  4.     1) Fixed bug in Taxes, Version 1.0 would not add the Sales Tax properly,
  5.        this has been Fixed.
  6.  
  7.     2) Added support for "order.inf" file.  This file, if it exists, will
  8.        be appended to the order form when captured.  This is a variation
  9.        of an idea given to me by Henry Ho of the Eclair BBS.  This file can
  10.        contain ordering information explaining something like "Please send
  11.        copy of ID when ordering Adult Material" or something like that.
  12.        Try to keep this file short.

  14.     3) Removed Beeps from Mall Editor, only one beep remains.  Many of the
  15.        beeps were useless and a little annoying.
  16.  
  17.     4) Another change in the Editor is that it now does word wrap when 
  18.        adding a record (Adding only, not Editing).  This will allow you
  19.        to add new records a little easier without having to watch the
  20.        screen for the end of the line.  It will also go back a line, if
  21.        you are on a blank line and do a backspace it will go to the previous
  22.        line.  Again, this change is for Adding records only.

  24.     5) Also on request of Henry Ho, the system now allows the sysop to force
  25.        a Tax Rate.  On the line in the CFG file that asks the state to tax
  26.        you can now add the tax rate after it.  For instance, to tax CA at
  27.        8.5% you would type:  CA, 8.5
  28.        To Tax all states you would type:  Y, 8.5 
  29.        (This is not recommended, as you should not charge your tax rates
  30.         on other states, better for the user to select it)

  32.     6) MO-Mall didn't turn the Ansi off (if the user had it on) when 
  33.        capturing the form.  It was supposed to, but somehow slipped past
  34.        me.
